o   Is Clinical Training Network nationwide?

Clinical Training Network is based in Dallas, Texas and only assists with preceptorships in Texas.

o   What is the total cost for the Nurse Practitioner program?

Each rotation is priced at $2000 (up to 150 hours). Any additional hours required will be charged at $12 per clinical hour.

o   What is the total cost for the Nurse Practitioner program?

Each rotation is 4 weeks and priced at $2,000. Pricing for longer rotations are available upon request.

o   How do I reserve a spot? What is the recommended time frame to apply?

We encourage all students to apply as early as possible to ensure availability and the best possible match with preceptors. Due to limited availability, a deposit of half the total cost is due at time of application acceptance. (Note: Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance, nor does it convey any financial obligation on the student's part.)

o   Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to students who have successfully completed one rotation with CTN and wish to enroll again.

o   Do your programs qualify as hands-on US clinical experience?

Yes, our preceptors are committed to providing a valuable patient care experience that adequately prepares candidates to provide care in the unique US Healthcare system. Preceptors gauge a candidate’s clinical ability and cultural competence and adjust a candidate’s level of responsibility during the rotation as necessary. Preceptors also ensure that candidate’s get experience with patient documentation and familiarity with working on different Electronic Medical Record systems.

o   What will my schedule be like?

Each site and preceptor has a unique schedule. We work hard to match you with a provider based on availability and the rotation style selected.

o   Can I delay start date or make changes after I enroll?

Students are permitted to adjust rotation start date ONE time, and must be submitted no less than 30 days prior. Multiple requests are not permitted and will result in forfeit of deposit.

o   Are their any additional fees?

No, there are not any additional fees outside of the price of the rotations listed above.

o   What documentation is required for applications?

Valid US ID and/or passport, immunization/health records, malpractice insurance, personal health insurance, and CPR certification.

o   What is your refund/cancellation policy?

A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required prior to beginning clinical rotation search process. The remaining payment is due 2 weeks prior to start date. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance. If students are unsatisfied with their preceptor, they have one week from the start date to notify us and we will make every attempt to find a new one. However, we cannot guarantee a re-assignment during the same time frame.
